Olga Velasquez

Olga Velasquez was born and raised in Southern California and quickly fell in love with Chicago after moving here as a teenager with her family 20 years ago. The move showed her the important connection between a family and their home.

She is helpful and optimistic by nature and was drawn to helping connect other families with their homes throughout her career. She began as a loan processor and then, during the housing crisis of 2008, became a Housing Counselor at a HUD certified non-profit center. There she helped families with financial budgeting, foreclosure prevention and first-time home buyer classes. She went on to help more families as the Midwest Ambassador at the Chase Homeownership Center in downtown Chicago where she worked closely with homeowners, underwriters and investors (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and Private).

Olga's personal mission is to help connect families with their homes. She does this by using her knowledge and expertise to effectively guide clients through the home buying, selling or investment process.

During her personal time Olga loves having family movie nights, taking her two children to the park, going for family bike rides and getting ice cream at the local ice cream parlor.
