Dan Volker is a Senior Broker with The Evan Group at @properties Christie's International Real Estate, bringing more than 35 years of real estate experience and over 2,000 homes sold throughout Chicagoland.   As a Senior Broker with The Evan Group, Dan brings decades of experience, extensive local market knowledge, and a proven track record to both the team and the clients he serves. Born and raised in the Chicago area, he has built his career helping buyers and sellers throughout the Northwest Suburbs, Southwest Suburbs, Far West Suburbs, and Northwest Chicago.   Having worked through many different markets and market cycles, including extensive experience with short sales and foreclosures, Dan offers his clients valuable perspective when navigating important real estate decisions. He believes that informed clients make better decisions and takes an educational, straightforward approach to real estate, ensuring his clients understand their options and feel confident throughout every step of the buying or selling process.   Dan's focus has always been on serving as a trusted advisor, providing knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and a high level of personal service.   Outside of real estate, Dan is an avid golfer and hockey player and enjoys staying active in his free time.
