Mary Maestranzi has always had a passion for Real Estate. Her career began 25 years ago with Property Management. She assisted in taking care of a million square feet of multiple businesses under one roof. Mary was the point person in serving her clients needs on a daily basis. She was exposed to construction build outs, walk throughs, move in and outs and of course customer relations. Her eagle eye for perfection served the property well to make sure it was in constant top condition. From there she dipped her toes into Industrial leasing but her true love came when she began assisting people in finding their dream homes.
Mary was raised on the Northwest Side of Chicago and has lived in ParkRidge for the past 14 years with her husband Bart and son Luciano. Being a part of her community and making it a better place is always a priority to her.
