She currently serves as President of Michigan Offices for @properties Christie's International Real Estate, where she plays a key role in driving growth, brand excellence, and agent success across the state.
Kate's passion for real estate began in 2013, following a relocation to Charlotte, North Carolina. There, she gained valuable experience as a relocation coordinator and marketing associate with a premier luxury real estate firm. Upon returning to her hometown of southeastern Michigan, she continued to build her expertise, serving as a marketing and social content manager for a top-tier luxury brokerage in Birmingham, Michigan.
Before entering the real estate industry, Kate built a strong professional foundation in broadcast journalism. She worked as a full-time anchor, reporter, and producer for a respected NBC-affiliated television station in Traverse City, Michigan, sharpening the storytelling and communication skills that continue to define her leadership style today.
In her current role, Kate leverages her background in media, marketing, and operations to elevate the @properties Christie's International Real Estate brand and support agents with innovative, full-service resources. Her strategic vision and commitment to excellence have helped set new standards for brokerage leadership and growth in the Michigan market.
Kate is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Advertising, and is also an alumna of the Specs Howard School of Media Arts.
