*Market Ready Concierge is available to residential resale listings with a list price of $4 million or less. Up to 10% of list price allowed for loan; capped at the $75k max. Loan amount may vary depending on FICO and other factors. A minimum of 680 FICO score for loans up to $50,000; and a minimum FICO score of 780 for loans over $50,000; seller must have at least ~20% equity in the home. Loan principal, interest and applicable fees are repaid at closing; upon expiration or termination of the client’s exclusive listing agreement and failure to re-execute a listing agreement within 10 business days thereafter; 120 days from cancellation of the listing agreement by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate; or 12 months from loan origination.
