Jessica Gutierrez has always had a passion for helping others, beginning from the time she started coaching middle schoolers for the Girls on the Run program where she helped the girls plan, strategize, and achieve their unique individual goals. Most recently, she was a key player in her community by coordinating a team to create and deliver care packages during the pandemic.
Jessica is excited to continue her passion for helping others, this time through real estate. She understands that the home buying and selling process can be one of the most stressful and important decisions in people's lives. Her goal is to make the process as smooth, easy, and enjoyable as she can for her clients.
For the past six years, Jessica has worked as an Executive Assistant and Recording Engineer. During that time, she fine-tuned her organizational skills, learned the art of difficult negotiations, and consistently performed in high-pressure situations.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hiking, walking her fur baby Zeppelin, and exploring her artistic side. She goes to Colorado every summer to hike 14ers' to build her mountaineering resume. Jessica still has a love for music and is a freelance audio engineer which she utilizes as her creative outlet.
Her outgoing and dynamic personality is what sets her apart from the rest. She is excited to join one of Chicago's top real estate teams and be surrounded by the best in the industry.
