Kimberly Battles

With over 20 years of professional sales and leadership experience, I know how to make the sometimes daunting task of buying or selling real estate an enjoyable and stress-free experience. By leveraging my consultative, professional approach along with some “outside the box” creative thinking plus the extensive resources of @properties and the J Proctor Team, I am able to provide my clients a best-in-class experience from the initial consultation all the way through closing and beyond.   I truly enjoy helping people achieve their dreams and I value the relationships and friendships that I have made in my career – the people are the best part of my job! My clients become friends and I love being a part of their journey. In addition, I really enjoy seeing all the unique architectural and home designs throughout Chicago’s 77 neighborhoods – each of which brings its own character and charm.   While I grew up in the Quad Cities and graduated from Northern Iowa University, the Chicagoland area has been my home for over half my life. I am a proud Avondale resident where I live with my husband Jason & our rescue dog, Murphy. In addition, I have three amazing step-kids who live throughout the Chicagoland area and share our love of the city, especially all the rooftops!   Living in the city offers SO much to do and experience – there is truly something for everyone! In my free time I enjoy exploring the city through dog-friendly patios, neighborhood street festivals, catching a game, listening to great live music or enjoying Chicago’s world-class food scene. In addition, I am passionate about dogs and was a board member for K9 4 Keeps dog rescue and most recently become a Wish Granter for Make-A-Wish of Illinois.
