Kaitlyn grew up in the real estate business spending her Sundays at her mother's open houses as a child. She was taught at a young age the ins and outs of running an honest and caring real estate business. After college, she spent five years gaining sales experience in Denver and Chicago, but soon realized her heart belonged in Detroit. When she returned home she took a job with a mortgage lender working with her brother, learning the intricacies of the real estate business and then soon after made the move to became a full-time realtor.
In four years, Kaitlyn has sold over $55 million and assisted over 180 families. She is a Top Producer in the state of Michigan, Top 1% of realtors nationwide and recently named Best Of Zillow. Her brand is focused around honesty, community and philanthropy. She is now running a real estate team out of @properties Collective to help ensure all of her clients continue to get the best support and experience possible when buying or selling a home.
