After a lengthy career in the hospitality, fitness and retail bookstore industries in the UK, Kim was ready for a change. She wanted a job that allowed her to choose her hours and her clients. She is now living her dream in real estate as a broker associate in Naperville.

Kim moved to Chicago in 2002 accompanied by her husband and 2 children. "I am originally from the north of England," she says. "I attended Leeds University in the UK and spent my working years in and around London." She says that having come to the U.S. knowing no one and after working in Chicagoland real estate for 16 years, her biggest accomplishment is that now 90 percent of her business is referrals from family, friends and past clients. Kim says her philosophy on Real Estate is simple - "They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel" - Carl W. Buechner. She believes the key to a successful real estate transaction starts with the relationship between client and broker. "I believe effective communication, up-to-date market knowledge, strong negotiating skills, and a team approach will ensure a smooth and enjoyable transaction," Kim says. "I look forward to helping clients through each step of buying or selling their home while providing an exceptional experience along the way." She also says she is not afraid to be honest and straightforward with her clients as she genuinely wants to help them find the best home for them and make the process as stress-free as possible.

Among the top 1 percent of Naperville luxury agents and consistently a top Chicagoland agent, Kim has been recognized as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and is a member of the Luxury Home Institute, as well as a Relocation Specialist. She has a proven track record for getting results and has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers during her career, giving each one the same high level of attention.

Beyond her passion for her work, Kim is a global traveler, her last trip (pre-COVID, of course) backpacking and traveling in Vietnam from Saigon to Da Nang to Hoi An to Hanoi. She also is an avid runner having qualified to run in the Boston Marathon twice and running 15 marathons in total. And just when you thought she might have some free time, she also supports the Ronald McDonald House and Agape Orphanage in India.
