Cedo is no stranger to real estate. His exposure to the industry began long before his career as a broker. Being born and raised in downtown Chicago to immigrant parents his family started investing in real estate over thirty years ago. He enjoys every aspect of owning a property, managing it, remodeling it, buying and selling it. There is a great amount of detail involved when it comes to purchasing and selling a home or investing in real estate altogether. He himself knows that nervous feeling of making that first purchase when he started doing so fifteen years ago, as well as managing multi-unit properties during that time. His extensive knowledge of Chicago's many wonderful neighborhoods and endless resources with @properties give him the edge when it comes to assisting clients with their every real estate needs.
Aside from real estate Cedo started in the hospitality business when he graduated from Loyola University Chicago and enjoyed being a part of that business for a decade. He managed a high-volume establishment at The Signature Lounge on the 96th, at the iconic John Hancock Center for the majority of his hospitality career and is truly a people person. He is a natural host and always loves to entertain his friends and family. He cherishes holding traditional family values and is always there to help others. It is no wonder that he was attracted to @properties' motto to simply "LOVE."
Currently living in the West Loop going on eight years, Cedo likes to explore "Restaurant Row" on Randolph street and the Fulton Market District. Whenever he doesn't go out and explore the city he just loves to stay home, cook and watch a good movie. Ultimately, he really looks forward to escaping the city whenever he can and enjoy nature by going fishing and camping.
