Ann Caron began her career in Real Estate in 1998.   Since then, she has sold over 600 condominiums in Chicago, ranging in sale price from $500k to $7 million, and averages $16 million in sales per year.  She has a vast knowledge of all facets of the industry, including individual purchase and sale, leasing, property management, and condo conversions.  She has extensive experience in many of Chicago's neighborhoods, with a focus on the upscale Streeterville area.  While Ann's expertise has allowed her to assist many Chicago natives in their real estate endeavors, it has also allowed her to successfully guide a significant number of out of town clients to their dream pied-à-terre.
