Clients are saying:
"Danny genuinely loves what he does and is a natural at connecting with people. He helped advise me on a house I was looking to purchase, and with less than 24 hours notice was able to bring out a trusted contractor that could provide estimates towards the work we were looking to do. On top of that, he is an active listener and was excellent at asking the right questions to get me to a decision point on my own. And bringing solutions/suggestions to my questions/problems. He uses his expertise of the Chicago housing market and home building to provide a professional opinion, but is also able to acknowledge/understand the emotion that goes into home buying. I would confidently recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home.- Katie S."
"I’ve worked with Danny and his team multiple times throughout the years and they always show up ready to get the job done. Their knowledge and attention to detail always exceed expectations. You can tell they love what they do and I’d recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.- Jared P."
"We had lived in our house for 40 years, so moving out was going to be quite a feat. Not only had we accumulated a ton of crap, but there was an emotional connection as well. From the start, we could tell Danny truly understood us. He supported us at every step along the way and made it clear that he was working on our time-line, not his. We had to clear out 40 years of junk, and he put us in touch with people to assist. We had repairs to make to the house, and he connected us with the best contractors. He also directed our furniture placement and staging, so that the house showed in it’s best light and - in turn - could reach its financial potential. He truly understood how buyer's would see our home online and in-person and was direct but diplomatic with us on what we needed to do to get it "show ready". When the house was ready, his team took pictures, drew floorpans, filmed videos and brought the house to life online!! He was communicative after every showing, with very detailed feedback; so there was never a question in our minds about what was going on. Once we received an offer, we experienced what an amazing negotiator he is. He secured photos, floor plans and specification lists from comparable and competing homes ("comps") and created spreadsheets comparing and contrasting features and assigning values to each. Like an attorney going to court, he built an irrefutable case in defense of our price. He was respectful and fair to other agents, but quite simply out-negotiated them. We said he negotiated with “data-driven ruthlessness”!!! He and his entire team worked seamlessly with conviction and purpose and made us feel like we were the only people he was serving. There is simply no better real estate agent. Period.- Irving G."
"I asked Danny to find a double lot for me to build a 6-unit condo building. It didn't take him long to find good lots to purchase and he did an amazing job with the research on those lots. Now I am designing the building and his input and experience has been invaluable. He knows all areas of the city, what the competition looks like and what Buyers want. I highly recommend him for both the Buy and Sell side of a real estate transaction.- Bill W., Developer"
"Selling our beloved second home was easier both emotionally and practically with Danny Glick and his @properties team of experts. Most appreciated was Danny's professional pricing advice, but we also benefitted from his team's work with virtual staging and smooth marketing. The closing experience was smooth as silk. Both we the former owners and the new owners felt that Danny Glick served us well.- Patricia H., Lincoln Park"
