Brian is the Broker Associate of the Brian Grossman Group, one of Chicago's highest grossing teams over the past 17 years.

With Over $150 million in residential sales volume the past few years and over $400 million total sales volume, Brian Grossman and his team have ranked in the top 1% of all Chicagoland agents. Brian has consistently been a top producing Broker Associate since 2002.  He began his career in real estate as one of the "Founding Members" of @properties, which is now the largest independent brokerage firm in all of Chicagoland with over 1,200 agents in the Chicagoland area!

 Brian has been named a "Top 20" Agent in the entire city of Chicago, by the Chicago Association of REALTORS, when he was awarded with the prestigious "Top Producer Gold Award" for total sales volume and a "Top Producer Silver Award" for total # of sales transacted.   Over the past 17 years, Brian has personally worked with over 500 clients; and from his past experiences he has the knowledge and skill to deal with almost any type of situation that may arise. In addition, Brian worked as a loan officer early in his career and with his expertise in this field he can offer his clients very beneficial insight into the "Buying process." With 2 full time licensed assistants and 10 licensed brokers on his team, Brian is able to offer his clients unparalleled customer service.

In 2012-2017, Brian's Clients recognized him in Chicago Magazine as one of the top Agents in the City, as he was named a "Five Star Professional Award."   This award is only given to a select few agents throughout Chicagoland who were rated the highest in overall Client satisfaction, as the Award encompasses such criteria as agent's integrity, negotiation skills and closing preparation.

Brian is a graduate from the University of Illinois, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a concentration in Accounting. With his knowledge of real estate finance and experience in the industry, Brian helps his clients make wise financial decisions concerning the properties they acquire.  While beginning his career in real estate in 1997, Brian worked as a consultant for a real estate law firm. He has also worked 2 years for one of the "Big 4" accounting firms, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Assurance and Business Advisory Services and has over 20 years of sales experience.

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, achieved by real estate professionals who have successfully completed formal training in the art of negotiation. Agents who receive this certification are in the top 1% of all agents nationally. With professional negotiation skills, agents will typically obtain better results for their clients. CNE agents have a powerful competitive edge because of their ability to uncover information effectively, get more and give less during sales/purchase negotiations, and retain control over desired outcomes.

 Brian has also been recognized as a specialist working in the Luxury Home Markets. His Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation assures affluent Buyers and Sellers that the Agents who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence needed to sell homes in this market segment. As a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Brian has access to proprietary luxury market research and tools to help both Buyers and Sellers of luxury homes.

 Brian has collaborated with some of Chicago's largest and most successful real estate developers and has worked on several small and large developments with "sell-out" volumes totaling over $300 million dollars. Working closely with these developers, Brian has gained extensive knowledge of "New Construction" and "Rehab" business. Partnered with @properties' industry leading resources and network of contacts, Brian can successfully take any project from its earliest stages through the entire sales and marketing process.
