From a young age, Kevin has had a deep passion for both helping people and understanding financial markets—especially real estate. This passion led him to pursue a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's College of Business. Coming from a family of top-producing real estate agents in the Chicagoland area, Kevin has combined his education with firsthand experience to make an early and lasting impact in the industry. Entering his 14th year in real estate, Kevin has successfully guided clients through over 250 transactions, totaling more than $80 million in sales (MRED,LLC based on closed sales data 1/1/2013-2/1/26). His dedication and results have earned him numerous accolades, including the 2016 Chicago Magazine Rising Star and 2019 BHHS Chairman's Circle Award, an honor reserved for the top 2% of agents nationwide. A lifelong resident of the Chicagoland area, Kevin brings local expertise, relentless work ethic, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. When not working on real estate, Kevin loves to travel to new places, cook unique foods, play sports, and most of all, spend quality time with his wife Maureen and golden retriever Maggie =)
