Buying, selling, or renting a home is both a business transaction and a highly personal endeavor. Bari Levine has built a successful real estate practice by guiding her clients through both sides of this process with a rare combination of market expertise, marketing savvy, patience & empathy.

Bari joined @properties Christie's International Real Estate in 2004 and was one of the firm's first 200 agents and is consistently ranked within the top 1% of all agents in Chicago, and was even featured on an episode of House Hunters. She currently leads Refine Residential, which has grown to become one of the top 5 teams within @properties Christie's International Real Estate with over $92M in sales in 2023.* The group works collaboratively to offer clients a single-source solution to long-term real estate needs across a range of housing types and locations in Chicago.

Bari has been involved in more than 750+ real estate transactions since she began in the business in 2004. She works with buyers, sellers, and renters in prime Downtown, North, South, and West Side Chicago neighborhoods. She maintains an in-depth knowledge of current market conditions and values, not only neighborhood by neighborhood but block by block and building by building.

Bari also devotes a great deal of time and energy to marketing. She leverages the full arsenal of @properties Christie's International Real Estate's marketing resources to generate maximum exposure for her sellers/clients and is hands-on in everything from developing marketing concepts to writing property descriptions.

Bari loves the personal aspect of real estate. She wants her clients to have fun, be comfortable, and enjoy the meaningful experience of buying or selling a home. To that end, she delivers on her promise of frequent communication, honest feedback, patience, and attention to detail.

A Deerfield, IL native, Bari is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She currently resides in Lincoln Park with her husband, Mike, daughter, Dylan, and son, Casey, and spends her free time playing guitar and piano, volunteering for the @Gives Back charity program, or playing tennis.
