Growing up in Lincoln Park and Old Town, Amy is a native Chicagoan who entered real estate in 2004 following a successful career in project management for a local Fortune 500 company. After purchasing her first home in the Ukrainian Village, she immediately knew beginning a rewarding career in real estate was for her. She incorporates her experience, integrity and negotiating skills to help you with this important life event. Amy has successfully closed 100's of transactions ranging from vintage 1 bedroom condominiums to luxurious new construction custom homes throughout Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs. Due to her expertise and unwavering guidance, her clients have awarded her the Five Star Agent Award, as seen in Chicago magazine, for over 10 years and counting.

Amy knows finding and purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions individuals make in their life. She understands whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned buyer and seller the process can be overwhelming and stressful. Having a knowledgeable, trusted advocate and an accessible partner 24/7 along for the journey is a must.

Whether buying or selling, Amy provides the guidance you need throughout the entire process to ensure your real estate goals are on track. Knowing price and presentation are paramount – she advises sellers on the appropriate pricing to sell quickly and the staging of your home to maximize your profit. She calls this equity through design. She also provides you maximum exposure through online marketing, email announcements, and beautiful virtual/video tours. After all, you only get one chance to make a first impression. When purchasing, Amy sheds light on different neighborhoods or property types you may not have considered. She also studies the competition/recent sales to ensure when it is time to write a contract, the purchase price represents an excellent value for you. When inventory is low and competitive, she has access to a private listing network to help find properties that might not yet have even the open market!

In addition to Lincoln Park, Amy has lived in Old Town, Wicker Park, Ukrainian Village, Old Irving Park, Evanston, and Wilmette. Amy currently resides on the NW side of the city in Edgebrook with her husband and two children, both CPS students. When she is not selling real estate, Amy enjoys home design consulting, volunteering and fundraising at her children's schools, being outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also runs several supply drives -- including an annual CPS Back2School Supply Drive, Food Drive & Personal Care Drive benefiting local not-for-profits as she knows how important it is to give back to communities in need.
