Stephanie is thrilled to have crossed the threshold of over one decade of real estate sales experience, 12 years total. She is thoroughly experienced in representing new construction developments, luxury, resale, & vacant land properties. She loves working with buyers and sellers and she is dedicated to conducting all client relations in a conscientious and informative manner with sensitivity, honesty, direct communication, and knowledge. She is extremely attentive to the needs, concerns, and feedback of her clients. She handles negotiations in a strategic manner, using market savvy to assert and fulfill her client’s best interest. Her favorite aspect of her work is selling a property to a client which exceeds their expectations, and she thrives on providing assistance to people who are making a major life transition with their move.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and previously held management positions at both privately and public owned companies. She is a Chicagoland native with extensive market knowledge of the city and suburbs. She was raised in Northbrook, currently resides in Lakeview, and has previously lived in North Center, Gold Coast, & West Loop. In her free time she loves to practice yoga & meditate, read, cook, explore the city’s restaurants, and seek out live music.
She is a Certified Negotiation Expert, an NAR Green designee and has been recognized by @properties for Outstanding Achievement.
