A native Chicagoan, Phyllis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Having lived throughout the City and in the suburbs, she offers first-hand knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and the surrounding communities.

Phyllis lives in Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cheering on the Cubs at Wrigley Field, advocating for and raising funds for homeless animals, taking in Broadway's newest productions, and hitting the links in hopes of earning a handicap someday soon.
