Hi, I'm Josh! I was born and raised in Indianapolis until my early-20s when I packed my bags and traveled the world, eventually ending up chasing the bright lights of the Big Apple. In NYC I was introduced to real estate and started my career in 2018. I brokered hundreds of transactions. I met my wife that same year, got married October 2021, and we had our first baby October 2022! We decided to move back to Indy. We recently had our second child.
Today, I'm a top agent on the Indy Urban Advisors team. We sold $85M in 2024. In Q2 2025 we set a team record of $35M. IUA is a team of high powered real estate professionals with a relationship-minded brokerage servicing the central Indiana region.
