In 2004, Deirdre joined @properties with a wealth of sales experience. In 2003, with over nine years in corporate sales, she made an industry transition from IT/Networking to real estate sales/development. While at the new construction development, which included over 900 custom homes, Deirdre successfully marketed and sold new construction loft condominiums and townhouses. Her knowledge base and experience in marketing, building and retaining relationships, along with her professionalism and dedication to providing the best service to her clients are the qualities that have guaranteed her success.
Deirdre, a native of Chicago, graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Marketing as well as a Minor in German which she is fluent in. She lived on the East Coast (Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia) for a few years, but realized that her home was where her heart is...Chicago. Being from this area, her knowledge of the different areas and attractions it offers is extensive. She now resides in Bucktown and cannot wait to help others find and/or sell their homes.

Clients are saying:
"Very strong knowledge of market and procedures. She has a lot of good experience which was vital in the hot Chicago real estate market"
"Deirdre was excellent in terms of knowing the market, appropriate pricing, know how to market a property for sale, and explaining the entire process. She takes the time to go over any negotiations with you, is hard working, and is super responsive. It was a pleasure to work with her."
"She was fantastic. We put two other offers in that fell through no fault of ours and after each one she would find a better place than the last. She was knowledgeable and kept the pace up so we could be in our new place spring of 2017"
"Dedicated, knowledgeable, hard working, intelligent, Deirdre is on your side"
"I couldn't imagine a more helpful, reliable, friendly or effective real estate agent than Deirdre. Helping me through a rental, a purchase and a sale, she was incredibly informative and always made the process a breeze. In fact, the worst part about leaving Chicago is that it precludes me from working with Deirdre again."
