Moving from a decorated career with Prudential Preferred Properties, Kimberly chose to join the energetic team of @properties in 2005. Entering her eighth year in Real Estate, Kimberly is working to expand her business while maintaining a standard excellence and constantly continues to find value to bring to clients.
Kimberly’s specialties are residential condos/town homes, single family homes, multi units and land. She concentrates in the city of Chicago and in the neighboring suburbs. Her clients range from the first time home buyer to the seasoned home purchaser and inventors.
A born and bred Chicagoan Kimberly offers her clients a lifetime of knowledge about the area. Born in Chicago, raised in the northwest suburbs, she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at Bradley University in Peoria. Recently married in June 2007, Kimberly presently resides in Chicago’s River North neighborhood; however she has lived in several Chicago neighborhoods giving her the advantage of a real working knowledge of this great city.
Kimberly spends a great deal of her time working to help her community. She recently cut 16 inches of hair to donate to “Locks of Love” to make wigs to benefit children who have lost their hair due to illnesses. A former member of the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago Auxiliary Board from 2002 to 2009; Kimberly showed her dedication to the ARCGC through volunteering, event planning, and leadership. She has been on several leadership positions including the Auxiliary Board President, Vice President, and Flirting for Disaster Chair.
Dedicated to a healthy and active lifestyle, Kimberly has completed several marathons and triathlons. Among the marathons she has completed are the Honolulu and the Chicago Marathon. Her other hobbies include Bikram Yoga, Pilates, reading, snowboarding, scuba diving, cooking, traveling and more.
