Marisa Ryan is an experienced Real Estate Broker who is licensed in both Illinois and Nevada. A native Nevadan, she started her real estate career in 2016 in Las Vegas. There she led a high performing team who sold over $50 million annually. In 2019, she moved to Chicago and continued her business in Las Vegas, while simultaneously jumping into the Chicago real estate market. With a deep understanding of the MLS and comps, and experience in negotionation and contracts, she can help guide you through the buying and selling process. She doesn't promise it will always be easy (buying and selling real estate rarely is) but she will keep you confident, secure and well protected throughout the process.
In addition to selling real estate, Marisa is involved in her neighborhood and school community. She sits on the board for Friends of Alcott, her local Chicago Public School fundraising arm. In addition, she has served countless volunteer hours both in Chicago and Las Vegas with The Association of Junior League and Girl Scouts of America; organaztions both committed to the advancement of women and girls. She, her husband Tim, and their two children, Conrad and Simone, reside in Lincoln Park. She loves to cook, travel, entertain and all things Diseny. On a three-day weekend you can find her along with her beloved family and their sweet dog, Dexter, relaxing at their cottage in Lake Geneva.
