Hi! My name is Baylee Biancofiori. I have been with @ for a less than a year, but I have been an acquisitions rep for a local investment company for the past two years. This taught me everything I know about real estate, from analyzing the current market to negotiating and connecting with my prospective clients. This position sparked my love for the industry, and I look forward to continuing my journey for clients in Indianapolis.
I graduated from IUPUI in 2021 with a management degree. After working in a corporate job for a few months, I knew it was not for me. I am drawn to the lifestyle that being a realtor can provide. The grind never stops, but that's my favorite part.
I have lived in Indianapolis for almost 6 years, and my little dog, Otis, has been by my side. He is a 10-year-old Maltese poodle mix that I love more than ANYTHING. We've grown up together! Along with Otis is Mike, my beloved partner. We just moved into a house in Saint Joseph Neighborhood and are officially hooked on the area. We are surrounded by awesome neighbors and BEAUTIFUL real estate. We're pretty lucky.
