With a successful career leading both startups and corporations with revenues from $25M to $400M, Bob brings seasoned business expertise to real estate. After years of entrepreneurial ventures, he found the perfect opportunity close to home—joining his wife Lyn to help grow the Lyn Wise Group.
Real estate runs deep in Bob's roots. Raised in Highland Park, on the North Shore, his mother was a local broker for over 30 years, and his father worked in real estate management and development. Currently still in Highland Park with Lyn, where they raised their three children, Bob blends his local knowledge with sharp business instincts to guide clients confidently through the buying and selling process.
Bob takes a strategic, data-driven approach—far beyond listing homes. He crafts tailored plans based on market conditions, property value factors, and client goals. His focus is on delivering informed, seamless experiences with clear communication and strong client relationships.
Outside of work, Bob is an avid tennis and paddle tennis player and enjoys golf, pickleball, and spending time with family and their mini golden doodle, Riley.
