As a physician and proud lifelong resident of Indiana, Sam has the knowledge and experience regarding the healthcare profession's unique housing needs. Growing up in rural Indiana, he learned what being a Hoosier is like- a love for basketball (of course), medicine, his community and family are core values that shaped the person he is today. Sam is formally trained as an Internal Medicine physician and currently work as a Hospitalist within an inner-city health system. The opportunity to practice medicine has allowed him to give back to his community in many ways he could not have imagined growing up. Sam has seen and experienced the struggles physicians have in their day-to-day life and he wants to give back to fellow healthcare professionals by keeping real estate deals as stress-free as possible.
