A 1990 graduate of Miami University with a BS in Marketing, Greg has been a Chicago resident since 1993 and a Real Estate Consultant since 2001. In that time he has been a renter, an owner, a developer, a rehabber and an investor. He has lived in a loft, a modern new construction multi-unit, a Historic District single family home and even a storage room briefly (it's a funny story). Currently he resides in a new construction single family home along the 606 Trail on the border of Logan Square and Humboldt Park.
