She later managed design and construction projects for healthcare and nonprofit organizations, giving her deep expertise in building systems, project management, and property evaluation — skills her clients rely on when considering renovations, inspecting homes, or reviewing construction quality.
A western suburbs native, Kelly specializes in first-time buyers, historic homes, and walkable, character-filled neighborhoods.
