Chris leverages his experience as a former communications and marketing executive to develop successful strategies to market each property; while his business background leads to his greatest strength of property valuation and negotiation. He also possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Chicago's seventy-two neighborhoods and the benefits each unique neighborhood offers its residents. A thorough grasp of residential real estate marketing tactics, a keen knowledge of the Chicago market, superior listening skills and attention to detail, make Chris the model REALTOR® associate. His true satisfaction comes from his client's ultimate happiness which is supported through their many testimonials and his referral-based business. With the continued growth and expansion of his business, Chris established Mundy Advisors Group in 2012; including an executive assistant and team of three brokers to increase the level of service and expertise to each client.

"Real estate is a client-service oriented business. The purchase or sale of a home is one of the largest investments an individual will make in his/her lifetime. It is also emotional. I pride myself on giving clients a balanced perspective; considering their emotional needs, as well as their financial future. Finding a home that meets all of their criteria and is a sound long term investment is my goal as their trusted advisor."

Chris was a featured speaker on real estate trends at Money Smart Week-Chicago (2009), sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, been featured in CS Magazine as a leading broker on his Bucktown neighborhood (2010) and consulted for an article on downsizing by U.S. News & World Report (2017). Chris has also conducted real estate seminars for companies and the public to educate them on the Chicago real estate market and benefits of working with a licensed and qualified professional. Chris has also worked with (and consulted for) real estate start-ups LEAP software, TruePad and Hesta home.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1996. Post graduate studies include the University of Chicago and a Stanford University publishing program.
