“In every real estate transaction, my main focus is to make clients feel confident and comfortable with the process, from start to finish. I go the extra mile to ensure everyone involved feels at ease and enthusiastic about their decisions.”

Susan Dvora has been active in real estate sales for over 20 years, and even while pursuing a career in non-profit organizational management, continued to assist family and friends with their buying and selling needs. In 2006, she returned to the industry on a full-time basis and, in 2008, received an Outstanding Sales Achievement award from the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as a top residential producer.

Susan has built a diverse portfolio of clients throughout her longstanding career, helping clients buy and sell homes in a wide variety of neighborhoods in both the city and suburbs.

Susan’s key strengths include keen problem solving and leadership skills, analytical thinking, and highest personal attention and support. Susan enjoys the challenges of working with new clients, and understands the shifting needs of existing and repeat clients as their lifestyles change.

A personal real estate investor, Susan has vast expertise in the financial aspects of owning income property, as well as a strong relationship with @properties’ commercial division.

With an additional certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Susan has a keen understanding the specific needs of seniors – whether they’re downsizing, relocating to a condo or to an assisted-living community.

Susan raised her family on the North Shore, and after nine years living near Millennium Park, she recently moved to Deerfield, giving her a broad knowledge of diverse neighborhoods from the Loop to Libertyville. Her dedication to volunteerism includes work for human rights efforts in South Africa as well as locally at the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center. A grandmother of five, Susan enjoys movies, the theater, and creating fabric dolls and quilts.

Clients are saying:

"Sue was amazing! She was patient with my husband and I, first time home buyers. She stuck with us through a few different housing type changes and eventually led us to our new home. I would highly recommend Sue!"

"Sue Dvora is the most knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic broker. I had the feeling Sue was always there for me with her support and answers to my questions. I would certainly give Sue's name to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell. Sue goes the extra mile!"

"Susan worked un tiringly to advertise and show the property. Her efforts made it possible to finally sale the property."

"Sue is one of the most professional, personable, & patient people I have ever met. She regularly followed up with me to see where I was at on the homebuyer front & talked with me for over 2 years as I went from wanting to buy a condo, to a house, to a multi-unit building. If for some reason she didn't know the answer to one of my million questions, she got me in contact with someone who did immediately. I truely consider Sue to be more than just my realtor, she became a friend. I hope to work with her once again in the future & have already been bringing up her name when I find out someone is considering buying property."

"Sue was great. Her communication was excellent. She taught me, guided me, supported me, always gave me adequate information but allowed me to make the decisions. She went "over and beyond" many times, including providing help to sell some items that I didn't want to move.I couldn't have had a better realtor!"
