Vik lives in Logan Square and has called the Chicago area home for over a decade. He prides himself on being responsive, informed, and putting in the work to ensure his clients are prepared and successful. Vik has owned several homes himself, most recently in Oak Park, and genuinely enjoys helping his clients navigate the buying and selling process.
With advanced degrees in economics and urban planning, and experience building and renovating homes, Vik's background gives him a unique perspective on home construction, zoning, neighborhood dynamics, and the market. During his 10-year career as an urban planner, Vik worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial developments, from large-scale mixed-use, to life science, to breweries and boutiques.
