Krystal Williams is a native of Chicago's South Side and currently resides in Northwest Indiana. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC) and upon completion, took on a position in the field of International Education at UIC working her way up from Advisor to Assistant Director. Krystal also obtained a Master's Degree from UIC in Public Administration where she pursued two degree concentrations in Financial Management and Nonprofit Management. Looking for more ways to increase in knowledge, Krystal took the Real Estate Pre-Licensing course and obtained her Real Estate licenses in both Indiana and Illinois. Krystal is a Notary Public in both Illinois and Indiana and she has also passed the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System course and exam and is a credentialed Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage.
Krystal is a full-time, licensed Real Estate Broker in the great states of Illinois and Indiana with @properties Christie's International Real Estate. Krystal has attained a wealth of knowledge in real estate and has served many families and investors in selling and purchasing their desired homes and properties. Krystal is an active member of the Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association (NIRA), Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® (MORe), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Women's Council of REALTORS® Northwest Indiana (WCR), and a founding member of the Realtist Association of Indiana Northwest (R.A.I.N.). She currently holds a Managing Broker Designation for the State of Indiana, and an "At Home With Diversity" (AHWD) certification through the National Association of REALTORS®. Krystal is a mentor for the United Way Northwest Indiana's Level Up program, a volunteer for Inspirational Success Development Services (ISDS) which is committed to offering services and resources to individuals and families in the South Deering neighborhood of Chicago, and she also partners with her husband, Jason Williams Sr., as an investor focused on bringing value to neighborhoods through property revitalization. Krystal is a dedicated REALTOR® who has experienced grand success in her industry.
Krystal's primary areas of interest are Real Estate, building relationships, helping individuals and families obtain generational wealth through Real Estate, and pursuing investment opportunities. Krystal loves to give back to her community through various events and partnering with organizations. She enjoys cooking, international travel (as she has travelled to 18 different countries), attending church, playing instruments, and spending most valued and quality time with her husband, two children, extended family, and friends. The one thing she finds most enjoyable about Real Estate is the intrinsic rewards that come from helping others accomplish their goals and experience their dreams coming true.
