*Concierge is available for residential resale listings with a list price of $4 million or less. Loan amount cannot exceed the lesser of $50,000 or 5% of list price. Loan approvals and loan amounts are determined by the amount of home equity and the borrower’s personal financial situation. Interest rates are determined by the borrower’s credit score and other factors, with a required minimum FICO score of 680. Loan principal, interest and applicable fees are repaid at closing; upon expiration or termination of the client’s exclusive listing agreement and failure to re-execute a listing agreement within 10 business days thereafter; 120 days from cancellation of the listing agreement by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate; or 12 months from loan origination.
