Israela Kaplan joined @properties in the fall 2008. After residing in the northern suburbs of Chicago for 20 years, she returned to city living where she lived for 4 years. She became part of the sales team for Parkside of Old Town. "I am so grateful to @properties for having faith in me to work on this project, and I have continued to strive to make them proud."
Prior to her real estate career, Israela was co-owner of an interior design business for 10 years. She developed sales and marketing strategies, which fostered relationships with builders, commercial developers, and industry professionals. After designing several model homes with renowned builders and gaining industry recognition, they were awarded an opportunity to showcase their designs for Women’s American Ort.
Israela began her real estate career as a leasing agent for Chicago Apartment Finders, working with a diverse client base and matching personality, lifestyle, and budget with appropriate rental choices. This became a great segway to her real estate career.
In 2012, Israela relocated back to the suburbs and is a resident of Mission Hills in Northbrook. She has been a successful agent in that beautiful community as well as many other areas of the Northshore. She prides herself on being the mother of 3 great kids and 4 wonderful grandchildren. She loves to work on charity events and has become an ardent supporter of animal rights.
