She specializes in working with both sellers and buyers and has achieved the designation of an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

Ela grew up in Romania, where she graduated from college with a degree in Tourism. During her college years she discovered another passion in fashion, which enabled her to travel worldwide and get accustomed to different cultures.

Today, she applies her fashion sense and skills in business by helping clients in preparing and staging their homes for a fast and profitable sale.
