She co-owns a subcontracting company with her husband and has a keen eye for property potential and value—skills that help both buyers and sellers make smart, confident decisions.
Julie grew up in Chicago's western suburbs and now lives in the St. Charles area with her family. As a fellow local and active member of the community, she offers her clients not only deep market knowledge but also a sincere investment in helping them find the right fit—whether they're searching for their next home or preparing to list.
Outside of real estate, Julie is an avid reader and is currently in the process of writing a book. She's a black belt in Taekwondo and stays active through a combination of yoga (she's a certified instructor!) and weightlifting. Julie is also a classically trained singer, with a lifelong passion for music and performing. Her favorite vacation destination is Disney World, where she and her family make the most of the magic together. When she's not enjoying family time, Julie loves meeting new people, exploring local coffee shops, and staying inspired by fashion and design.
