"Bonnie knows how to get a deal done and goes the extra mile to see that all details are completed professionally."
"Bonnie provided solid advice and timely communication at every step of the process. She recommended staging the property (and referred a provider) which resulted in 4 offers within 1 week of list, 2 of those over asking price. She also referred an attorney for closing who did a very nice job. Thank you Bonnie!"
"Bonnie did a wonderful job selling our home. She had unique and thoughtful ideas for how to present the house and a great market sense of how it needed to be positioned in the marketplace. She was very active with advertising, engaging with prospective clients at showings and open houses, and very thorough in following up with them. Overall she was very detail oriented, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. In the end, she also proved to be a compelling negotiator which helped us get a price on our home we were very pleased with. We would highly recommend Bonnie to anyone looking to sell their home in this tough marketplace."
"Bonnie is incredible. Knowledgeable, funny, persistent, and at all times has her clients interests in her mind. She was a pleasure to work with and we have already shared her information with many of our close family and friends when they are looking to buy or sell their homes."
"Highly recommend for everyone. Bonnie is very knowledgeable of the market and gave us recommendations that lead to the sale of our condo. She made our entire process as stress free as it could have been."
