As a Chicagoan with more than 13 years of experience in the real estate and banking industries, Bonnie joined the @properties team to focus on her passion for advisory work and helping people make wise investment decisions. This skillset compliments her intimate knowledge of the City of Chicago and the North Shore, and her deep understanding of her client's needs and desires as a homeowner. Bonnie joined @properties in 2010 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2005, and owns a condominium in Lakeview and a house in Winnetka.
Since 2010, Bonnie has facilitated over $20 million residential property sales. Previous to that, as an investment sales real estate agent she facilitated the sales of 185 retail properties totaling $2.7 billion from 2005 – 2009. As a negotiator, she has represented residential and commercial clients on transactions ranging from $200,000 to $100 million in value. Bonnie will use her residential/commercial real estate brokerage experience and Wall Street Investment Banking experience to help homebuyers and sellers make the biggest investment of their life. In 2013, Bonnie joined the ranks of “Top Producer” in the Chicago Association of Realtors.
Bonnie specializes in the northern suburban communities of Winnetka, Glencoe, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Evanston, Glenview, Northfield, Northbrook, and Highland Park. In the city, she has done extensive transactional work in northern Chicago neighborhoods such as Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Bucktown, West Town, and Lincoln Square.
Bonnie grew up on the Chicago's north shore and is a graduate of New Trier High School. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, and worked on Wall Street at Bear Stearns as a Mortgage Backed Securities analyst before returning to Chicago in 2004, to start a career in real estate. Currently, she resides in Winnetka with her husband and two children.
