Ursula joined the @properties sales team in June 2010.  Honesty is the foundation of her business; she keeps her clients’ best interest always in mind, providing the best solutions based on their individual needs.
 
Ursula received a Masters degree in Psychology from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. During the course of her studies, she had the privilege of attending several psychology seminars organized by the University of Chicago.  She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical voice ensemble as a mezzosoprano from the Music College in Krakow.

In 1990 she started working in Chicago at St. Mary’s and Elizabeth Medical Center in adult and child counseling.  Her fluency in four languages- Polish, Russian, Spanish and English, allowed her to serve a multitude of clients.
 
Ursula is an Illinois Real Estate Broker since 1999 and earned the SFR designation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource as well as ADPR, Accredited Distressed Property Representative Certification.  She specializes in residential and commercial properties. 

 

Ursula is consulting to owners, investors, tenants, asset managers and other clients within a broad range of commercial real estate.  She is knowledgeable in all aspects of leasing terminology and techniques.  She can make sound decisions regarding the acquisition, ownership, and disposition of commercial investment property.  Ursula learned to use hands-on tools that can be used to help minimize risk and maximize return for investors.  She could apply these concepts to every type of investment real estate, including multi-family, office, retail, and industrial. Ursula can use modern investment fundamentals to make real estate decisions about acquiring property, owning and operating property, and disposing of property.
 
Ursula currently resides in Winnetka. Some of her personal interests include playing tennis and taking part in certain music and opera performances.  She enjoys being an active member at the North Shore International Network, the American Federation of Musicians, and the Wilmette Rotary Club.
