Since joining @properties in 2011, Alice has consistently been an @properties top producer.  She is a member of the Chicago Association of REALTOR’s and Top Agent Network. Alice loves the relationships she has with her clients. She prides herself on guiding her clients through the buying and selling process and making it seamless. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of Chicago, expertise in construction and real care for her clients are evident throughout the process. Alice’s mostly referral-based business allows her business to grow while she maintains close personal relationships with her clients.

Before joining @properties, Alice Berger worked in sales for an employment search firm. She loved the interactions and relationships she built with her clients and candidates.  After leaving sales, she began her career in real estate working for her husband’s real estate development company.  She worked in many facets of his business for eight years. Having been through the construction process many times, Alice is able to recognize superior construction.  She has been involved with the sales of residences from $200,000 condominiums to luxury single-family homes in excess of $2,000,000. These projects have been located in Old Town, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, North Center, Lincoln Square.

Alice prides herself on her knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods.  She grew up in Rogers Park, moved to Highland Park in junior high and then back to the city after graduating from the University of Illinois. As a developer's wife, she has lived in many neighborhoods and homes throughout Chicago.

Alice graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana/Champaign with a BS in psychology.  She also has taken classes at Lake Forest College toward a Masters in Liberal Arts.  Alice is a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Sholom of Chicago. Alice currently lives in the Ravenswood neighborhood with her husband, two children and her rescue dog, Murray.
