Long before becoming a Realtor in 1999, Gloria was bold in her approach to real estate. She bought a 3-flat in Chicago with her sister. It was a smart investment, but challenging, especially for two first-time buyers. After managing and living in the flat for several years, they sold it and Gloria used her share of the profit to purchase a lakefront condo in Chicago. Seeing the profit at closing sold her on real estate investing forever.
She helps clients make smart real estate purchases, for personal or investment purposes, while making the process as simple and stress-free as possible. Excellent people skills have helped her build her business, mostly by referral. "Buying or selling real estate can be exciting and yet, stressful. My job is to stay calm and focused on our goals."
Prior to selling real estate, Gloria worked as an independent consultant for Global Best Practices, a website developed by Arthur Andersen LLP. Before that, she was Senior Acquisitions Manager for the Nightingale-Conant publishing firm, where she developed audio and video programs for worldwide distribution. Gloria holds a B.S. degree in Radio & Television from Southern Illinois University.
Gloria has personally bought, sold and renovated real estate for personal and investment purposes in the Chicago area. She currently lives in Evanston and has lived in Glenview, Northbrook, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Edgewater Beach and West Rogers Park. She works with buyers and sellers from Chicago to the North shore, bridging two worlds, both urban and suburban.
