Clients are saying:

"Steve is in-touch with the Chicago market and a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home."

"Steve was a pleasure to work with. As a first time buyer I really didn't know what to expect. After an initial phone call where I laid out my price range and expectations (number of bedrooms and bathrooms ect) I realized I didn't really know what I was looking for. Steve took me to look at 6 or 7 different places some in high rise buildings some townhouses and some condos but I didn't love any of them. Steve asked probing questions about what I liked and didn't like about each of them to help me narrow my search. The second time we went looking the places were much closer to my expectations but again I didn't fall in love with any of them. Again Steve took the time to find out what I liked and didn't like about each of them. The third and final time we went looking Steve showed me 6 places and I loved them all. After helping me find the perfect townhouse he helped through the offer process the negotiations and the closing. He is really a full service realtor. I plan to recommend him to all my friends and family members looking to buy or sell a home."

"My wife and I were spoiled with our experience with Steve. This was our first time buying a home and for us, we didnt know what we didnt know. Steve listened to what we both wanted in a first home and gave us additional things to consider and further insight on what to look for based on what mattered to us. We never felt like he was trying to get a sale done, but rather, he took the time to listen, educate, and walk us through every pertinent detail of a potential home. At the same time, Steve empowered us to analyze the details of a potential home and make the decision ourselves. A lot of times, you can feel a combination of not being listened to, pressured, and uninformed in the home buying process, Steve was the complete opposite. He was always in our corner, fighting for us. One of the many things I truly appreciated about Steve was that he was always available. I could always reach him if I needed to talk through things and likewise, he would check in periodically to see where our heads were at. Steve came highly recommended from a couple of my closest friends and he did NOT disappoint. Were grateful to have worked with such as honest, knowledgeable and caring professional such as Steve Katz."

"My wife and I can't praise Steve enough for his dedication and effort in helping us find a new home. After a couple brief discussions, he was able to help us narrow our search to a few suburbs that would meet our most important needs and desires. We admired his ability to analyze the tangible and intangible qualities of any home so that we could get an idea as to the true value of the homes we were exploring. His experience with real estate, renovations/rehab/remodeling, and interior design was priceless as we peppered him for advice on what house to buy and what to do with it after purchasing it. In the rare case where he might not know the answer to something, he could rely on a network of colleagues in different fields to find the answer for us. Many agents might not follow up after a client closes on a house, but Steve has been in touch with us regularly as we remodel our home, and has also advocated on our behalf with our contractor to help the remodeling process proceed in a smooth and efficient manner. We will always be grateful for everything that Steve has done for us, and can't imagine buying our next home without him!"

"Steve was a full service broker. He walked me through every step of the process with consideration, respect and professionalism. Steve gave me great advice and had good follow through. I appreciated his hard work."
