Why I Love Evanston:
The university, the lake, the proximity to Chicago are some of the reasons that people come to live in Evanston. What has kept me here all these years is the incredible sense of community, the diversity and it is a great place to raise a family. Our schools are well regarded nation-wide and Evanston Township High School is one of the best schools in the state.
Evanstonians are very proud of our city and we fight for what we believe. It is not uncommon for us to fill the City Council Chambers on a Monday night to fight for our causes.
Evanston is an incredibly vibrant city and was recently named the fifth best city to live in. The restaurants, the university, the lake, beaches, schools and the people make living in Evanston the best place to live!

Clients are saying:
"Martin is amazing. My husband and I had only a week to move and he made the process very easy for us. He was always available to answer our questions and concerns."
"I cold called Martin looking for a buyers realtor. I was luck as Martin was extremely helpful through the whole buying process. He knew Evanston very well. We got the deal we wanted and were even able to negotiate some mold repairs that rarely happen in a foreclosure sale. He was patient and didn’t overwhelm me with properties."
"From start to finish Martin went above and beyond to find a home for my wife and I. He was responsive, polite, and very professional. He worked with owner and listing agent to get the house cleaned and painted before move in."
"Martin was an excellent agent that helped us buy our home. He is very patient and looks out for our interest. He is available when ever needed and very understanding and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us with our home. I highly recommend him."
"Martin is a fantastic agent and I would highly recommend him without hesitation. He helped us buy our first home (a house in Wilmette). He was very efficient, helpful, professional, and accessible throughout the process. This was our first home purchase. Martin was exceptionally patient and willing to answer all our questions, and accommodate and discuss all our concerns throughout. We toured many places over a period of several months, as our understanding of the type of place we needed kept evolving, and I really appreciated Martin's thoughtfulness and patience, as he constantly tried to understand, anticipate, and help us find places that we would like. He was very efficient, knew all the right people, and was always very fast and responsive in scheduling viewings. On top of that, he is just an extremely nice person, and we really think of him as a good friend by now. He will have our business as long as we live in the Chicago area."
