Carolyn Castillini joined the Shea Group in 2009 and within her first year in the business closed on the most expensive Landmarked property in South East Evanston achieving a volume of $4,000,000 in sales. She, her husband Richard with their four children have been residents of Evanston for 14 years. Carolyn has a Bachelors from the Northwestern University and a Masters from Northeastern. She is an active member of the PTA and sits on the Board of Foundation 65. Carolyn’s expertise in Landmarked Properties, knowledge and involvement with the Evanston Schools contributes to the success of the Shea Group.
