Collaboration has been at the heart of our story since we met in Greek life at The University of Iowa in 1999 while both serving in leadership roles. What began as teamwork has grown into a 25-year partnership in life and now in business, as co-founders of The Pelton Collaborative. We're proud to carry forward the legacy started by Sarah's mom, Sally, who entered real estate in the 90s, building on a family tradition of service and results.
We are no strangers to the western suburbs, having called Oak Park, Berwyn, Elmwood Park, Lombard, and now Riverside home. Today, we live in Riverside with our two children and our energetic Lab pup, Cooper. We believe this is one of the best places to live and love helping clients discover the community that feels like home to them.
