Greg’s 25 years of successful sales and development/investment experience gives him a unique insight into the real estate market that few agents possess. He has successfully navigated buyer’s markets and seller’s markets in both the city and the North Shore. Greg’s specialties include:

Greg enjoys an unparalleled level of industry-specific training and education, having earned more than a dozen real estate designations/certifications.  Mr. Weissman is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and has been very actively working with "empty-nester" clients and real estate geared toward that market niche.

Greg is a member of the Natural Resources Defense Council, the Sierra Club and National Public Radio (91.5 WBEZ locally). He has served on the Board of Trustees at his congregation and as a Commissioner of Northbrook’s Environmental Quality Commission. He is a board member of the North Shore - Barrington Association of REALTORS as well as a member of its Professional Standards Committee.

Born and raised in Highland Park, and a graduate of University of Wisconsin - Madison, Greg has resided in Northbrook with his wife and three kids for the last 16 years. He loves chocolate more than a normal person should, and because of this, when he’s not putting deals together, he can often be found jogging around the neighborhood or exercising at the local gym.
