Growing up in a real estate family while enjoying the incredible resort communities of Petoskey and Charlevoix, Erika has lived and breathed the beauty and culture that is Northern Michigan. Erika's small town charm balances powerfully with 15 robust years spent in a diverse business background in Chicago, IL. Big city living was instrumental in Erika's growth and development, both personally & professionally, but there's no place like home and in 2017, Erika made her way back to her Michigan roots. Erika expertly serves the Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim and Charlevoix county regions of Northern Michigan real estate.
Diversity is one of Erika's strong suits, not just with people and personalities, but also in the types of properties she has sold. Erika's sales portfolio boasts nearly 300 sales, representing single family residential homes, vacant land parcels, new construction developers, multi-family buildings, luxury & waterfront properties, as well as working with international clientele. She especially enjoys working with individuals relocating to and from the area, working with waterfront buyers & sellers and working with clients who are both selling & buying at the same time. Education and growth are pivotal principals in Erika's day-to-day operations. She has proudly earned her designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
