Katie Sullivan lives in Andersonville with her wife and pets and is eager to help others find community and homes to love. Katie is an educator at heart and a lifelong learner, with an M.A. in Museum Education and two decades of childcare experience, including nannying and teaching preschool. After so many years of being welcomed into other people's homes and supporting their families, she wants to help her community in a new way, while channeling her passion for education to walk renters, buyers, and sellers through every step of the process.
As a queer person, Katie loves Chicago for its diversity and thriving LGBTQIA+ community. She is passionate about working with diverse clients and centering their values through the process. While Katie works in all aspects of real estate, she particularly loves connecting with first-time home buyers.
Katie is the newest member of The Huls Team and is excited to bring a new perspective to an experienced and successful team.
