With more than 20 years at Northwestern University Recreation and a successful background in sales, technology, and project management, Julie offers clients an exceptional blend of analytical precision and personal connection.
Evanston and the North Shore have always been home for her. Julie grew up here, graduated from Evanston Township High School (ETHS), and remains an active member of the community through Beth Emet Synagogue. She's also proud to have been a Charter Member of Teach For America. Drawing on her extensive experience as a fitness and wellness professional, Julie understands the importance of environment and balance—skills that translate directly into helping clients find homes that truly fit their lifestyles. She continues to teach three weekly classes in Pilates Barre Workout and Pilates Mat, connecting with Northwestern's diverse community and fostering lasting relationships built on trust and motivation.
Before transitioning to real estate, Julie served as a Senior Digital Division Sales Representative with American Marketing & Publishing, providing innovative digital marketing solutions for local businesses. Earlier, as Fitness and Wellness Coordinator at Northwestern University Recreation, she recruited, trained, and managed a team of 30 instructors and developed dynamic group exercise programs for all ages. Her career began in consulting with Accenture, where she led SAP HR systems projects for Fortune 500 clients—an experience that honed her organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Julie leverages her bilingual communication, client service, and cross-cultural understanding to build strong, lasting relationships. Her diverse background in sales, education, fitness, and technology gives her clients a distinct advantage in today's fast-paced and data-driven real estate market. Julie's mission is simple: to guide each client with clarity, integrity, and enthusiasm—ensuring every transaction feels seamless and every client feels supported.
