Clients are saying:
"I would highly recommend Debbie Croft as a realtor. She is excellent in every respect. She is extremely dedicated to her clients, truly working to do what is in their best interests. Because she is a great listener, she really understood what we wanted. Also, because she is experienced and knowledgeable, she gave us wonderful advice and guided us in the right direction. In addition, she brings the “human touch” to the table – we always felt that she really cared about us being happy with the final deal. Throughout the entire negotiating process, she was top-notch. She knows how to work with people to close the deal, while maintaining the highest ethical standards. In an industry where some do not adhere to these standards, Debbie is always trustworthy and honest. Debbie is very efficient, so she always used our time wisely. She is responsible, reliable, and accessible, as she returned our phone calls promptly and fulfilled our requests quickly. I've used many realtors over the years, and Debbie by far is the best!"
"I met Debbie through a close family friend when we found out we were moving to Chicago. We hired Debbie immediately, as we found her knowledgable, trustworthy, honest and extremely responsive. We had such a wonderful experience we referred my Mom to Debbie when she bought her home. Ten years later my Mom passed and we needed to sell the home. Again, Debbie was our go-to gal. She sold the home in 4 days!"
"Debbie Croft is an outstanding agent. Her knowledge, patience, demeanor, professionalism, appreciation of the importance of listening to what her client wants, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to always acting in the client's interest are second to none. She is the consummate professional! Any prospective buyer would be fortunate to have her as his or her agent."
"We could not have had a better home buying experience! Debbie was the best- we were first time home buyers and she was knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. We can’t thank her enough for making the process easy and helping us find our dream home!"
"“I have worked with three other brokers in past deals and have been either indifferent or dissatisfied with them. Debbie changed all that. She was very knowledgeable and accessible; but, what made her stand out was that she always had my best interest in mind and fought for us at the negotiating table.""
