"Lisa Schulkin made downsizing from living in a 4 bedroom house for 38 years to buying a condo relatively painless. She was such a great realtor to work with. She was professional, resourceful, accommodating and took care of my wife & me as if we were her own family.
Lisa has a great knack for knowing what we really wanted even before we recognized it ourselves. Lisa did an incredible amount of continuous research, and after getting to know and understand our likes, dislikes, needs and wants, saved us a lot of time and confusion by narrowing down the list of condos she presented to us.
As our realtor, we were really grateful for Lisa’s effective negotiating skills, as we were in a triple offer for the best condo we could’ve ever imagined, that had just come on the market at 5:00PM on a Friday night, for which Lisa immediately scheduled our visit at 9:00AM the next morning. Thanks to Lisa we won, and are living in our huge condo, happily ever after.
Lisa was empathetic, putting herself in our place. I highly recommend Lisa as an outstanding realtor.

"Lisa is the BEST! . . . and I work in the commercial RE world. When I was ready to buy my condo Lisa knew exactly what I wanted -- and when I walked into the condo I bought - we both knew it! Lisa is the absolute professional, whether buying or selling. From her knowledge of the comps in the area to her very timely responses to her knowing the real estate landscape inside and out to her diplomacy in handling all aspects of my purchase to her knowing the numbers- is it priced to sell? Would I have to put money into it? I wouldn't go to any other person! She made everything a very seamless wonderful experience."
"Lisa Schulkin is exactly the kind of professional you want on your team when buying or selling property. It's obvious that Lisa studies the market obsessively and offers exactly the sort of fact-based advice that can be true advantage in any real estate transaction. She steered us unerringly through the process of simultaneously buying a new home and selling our existing one. Through it all she provided us with a calm, cool, and capable presence that made a daunting, almost overwhelming process manageable."
"I narrowed my home search to specific criteria that would fit my work and home lifestyle. With the help of Lisa Schulkin, she made my home search much more efficient and relaxing. Lisa walked me through the process by providing me with constant and updated communication. In one word, Lisa was "fantastic". Having someone like Lisa with extensive knowledge in the residential home area was invaluable. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is serious about purchasing a home."

In the Spring of 2018 we found a house we loved, and before we had even considered putting our existing home up for sale we contacted Lisa to help with both transactions. Lisa got us a private walk-through of the home we wanted to buy the day after we called her. The day after that she had negotiated a purchase price that meant we could easily afford the new place.
Perhaps more importantly, she walked through our existing property and came up with a list of suggestions to maximize our prospects of selling it quickly. We followed her advice to the letter, painting what she said needed to be painted, arranging furniture how she recommended, etc. This meant pricing the property how she advised; although it was a little lower than what we had hoped to sell for. About an hour into our very first open house she called to inform us she had spoken with another real estate agent who was going to write up an offer on our house. An hour later she called back to say she was expecting another offer from a second buyer. After a brief bidding war we settled on an offer that was $15,000 what we had hoped to receive."
