Liz officially joined the @properties organization in December of 2012, assisting city and North Shore brokers with their marketing and administrative needs. This training program allowed Liz to immerse herself in the world of real estate and learn first hand from local industry leaders. In 2013, Liz aligned herself with The Wexler Gault Group, who are among the top sellers of real estate on the North Shore and are in the top 1% of all Chicago REALTORS® . Liz is a consistent top producer and plays an integral part in running the team's business systems and the development of their unique marketing platforms. Liz's experience allows for a reliable level of support, innovation and unique insight, making her an expert in the Highland Park real estate market.
Before entering the world of real estate, Liz enjoyed over 15 years as an advertising industry executive who worked with many high profile clients managing their marketing and media budgets. This background provided Liz with the organizational, communication and negotiation skills for her career in real estate and gives her clients a unique marketing advantage. Liz is a graduate of Boston University's College of Communication with a BS in Mass Communication/PR.
Originally from the East Coast, Liz has lived in the Chicagoland area for the past 25 years and resides in Highland Park with her husband and three teenage children. In her spare time, Liz enjoys socializing with family and friends, walking by the lake, taking yoga classes and being active in the North Shore community. Liz is involved with the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, The Art Center of Highland Park and has served on the Highland Park High School PTO executive board, as well as, the Ravinia Elementary PTO board.
Liz is a member of @properties' Highland Park office, North Shore Barrington Association of REALTORS® (NSBAR), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
